Paul Barnett took
part in the inaugural Hyde Park parkrun, joining over 320 runners and
completing the course in 20:55.

completed Delamere parkrun in 31:53.
On Saturday afternoon, Striders ventured in to the world of Cross
Country, entering 2 teams in to the Cheshire Cross Country
Championships at Birchwood Forest Park. The course was particularly
muddy – boggy in places at the photos prove – and was a challenge
for those taking part in their first event of this kind. Results
were commendable and were as follows:

On Sunday morning our Titchy Striders headed over to Marbury park, Northwich to take part in the Junior parkrun, a 2km run for 4-14 year olds. Well done kids. Results were:
