December running events

As we all know December is a busy old time and it's sometimes difficult to find time to keep up the running training. I've collated some of the events that are happening this month to try and encourage you to keep getting those miles in!

Run Report: Torchlight Run 19/11/2012

Ok, so here goes, somehow I got talked in to writing this- My name’s Dougal, and tonight I led the “Torchlight” run. Well, that’s what my human calls it.

So it goes a bit like this, at about 6-30 I was driven to a remote spot called a Cricket club.

Race Report: Flying Fox 10m 04/11/2012

On Sunday as I drove to Standon for the start of my 10 mile race, I was extremely pleased with myself because I remembered the way and for a change did not get lost.

There was also a very nice 4x4 in front of me and the driver looked like a runner.
