It’s been a
quiet week for Sandbach Striders on the race front although there
have been lots of wet and cold ‘fun’ runs.
Ten Striders
headed to a wet and muddy Astbury Mere for the Congleton parkrun with
Nigel Fishwick earning himself a new personal best. Full results

Three
Striders headed over to West Cheshire to take part in the 34th
Four Villages Helsby Half Marathon. The race is a scenic road race
through rural countryside passing through Dunham on the Hill,
Mouldsworth, Manley, Avanley and Helsby. Cold and wet weather
conditions made the race a tough one. Full results were:
