Another quiet
week with Striders taking part in 5 different parkrun’s and an
inaugural 10k.
On a cold
Saturday morning 8 Striders headed to Astbury Mere for the Congleton
parkrun with Darren Varley coming in 5th overall. Full

to Delemere for their parkrun, all of whom managed a new personal
best for course. Results were:

Tony Taylor and Lynsey Astles took part in the Lyme Park parkrun finishing in 22:50 and 28:03 respectively.

Striders braved the risk of snow to take part in the inaugural
Kidsgrove 10K which is takes in two parks and the roads of Kidsgrove.
Heather Carter came home as first women overall. Full results were:
