The Couch-to-5k programme, developed by the NHS is a fantastic wy to improve yoru fitness and well-being. It guides you every step of the way to running a full 5 kilometres (or 3.11 miles) without stopping.
Sandbach Striders have been an advocate of this scheme for the past few years and have run an annual programme to encourage residents of South Cheshire to make running part of their healthy lifestyle.
