On Sat 21st March I did the beautiful and challenging Coniston 14 road race.
There was just under 14 miles of fantastic scenery with enough ups and downs to keep the legs working.
There was also a great atmosphere in Coniston Village afterwards as runners, friends and families enjoyed the Bluebird beer in the spring sunshine. I maintained my time of last year of 2 hours and 23 minutes which at my age is an achievement!
