This quite simply is the best
marathon on the planet, forget a timed performance, just
embrace the atmosphere, company, wine and food.

This year saw 34 degree heat
which made it a little more challenging, non the less I put in my best effort
at all refreshment stops, including four oysters at mile 23 and made it before
the six and a half hour cut off.
Would I do it again? Count
your life on it, this is about to become my annual pilgrimage.
