Gordon and Cheryl Hutchins were at Delamere parkrun. Gordon finished in 23:42 and Cheryl in 25:44, coming first in her age category.
Wendy Barnes was in South Africa again this week and took part in the Knysna parkrun. Wendy finished in 27:46

Paul Nicholls opted for the Kirkstall Abbey trail marathon, three multi terrain laps consisting mostly of trails around the ruin ruined Cistercian monastery in Kirkstall north-west of Leeds.

On Sunday, Striders headed to Tatton Park for the inaugural Run Tatton event, consisting of a 10k and a half marathon. Helen Childs opted for the 10k which began in the cold and wet and she finished in 53:49.

Steve Farnell ran the inaugural 13 Arches Trail Half a north Manchester route taking in parts of the Irwell Sculpture Trail, the former Outwood colliery in Radcliffe, Outwood Trail (a former train line featuring a derelict station), Philips Park and Prestwich Clough, with at the centre of the route the listed 13 Arches viaduct crossing Philips Park. Steve finished in 1:46:21.

Steve Treweeks was in Wales for the Conwy Half, completing the course in 1:55:12.
