Starting on Wednesday 4th February and running for ten weeks you will be taken through an established programme which aims to take you to your target of running 5k (or 3.1 miles.)
Whether you are a non-runner or returning to running after a break and no matter what your current level of fitness is, you'll be made welcome and encouraged every step of the way.
You will get the opportunity to meet some of last year's Couch to 5k graduates who are now regular runners and have achieved things in the past year that they never dreamed possible.

All you need are a pair of trainers and some weather-appropriate clothes that you are comfortable exercising in. Then pop along to our HQ at Elworth Cricket Club at 6:30pm on Wednesday 4th February!
