Starting, ironically enough given Liz'a recent lifestyle change,in Berryhill Retirement Village in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent.This is a hilly 10k route which Liz finished in 1:02:45. You can read about Liz's race in her report here.

Perry Wyatt visited the site of the first ever parkrun at Bushy parkrun in London. One of 833 runners in total Perry Wyatt completed the course in 26:01.

Lucy Darling took on the Coniston half-marathon in the Lake District. This undulating route around Lake Coniston is one of the most scenic and challenging routes available to road runners. Read more about Lucy's race in her report here.
