Race Report: Excalibur Marathon 10/05/2014
Excalibur is the tough trail run that traverses the spectacular Clwydian Range of North Wales. With over 5,500 feet of steep ascent.
I run Excalibur Marathon every year as I love the course and the route and I train on this route all through the year so it is one I definitely don’t miss if I can help it.

Race Report: Chulan 4.8km fell race 03/05/2014

This week's news 06/05/2014
Cheryl Hutchins was turning her hand to something a little different
from running this weekend.
She spent the bank holiday in Devon cycling
from coast to coast with a group of friends in aid of Breast Cancer
Campaign. The route took them from Ilfracombe to Plymouth and so far the
ladies have raised nearly £800 for the charity. You can still sponsor them via this link.
