Race Report: Leeds Abbey Dash 10k 17/11/2013
My daughter Kat and I both ran this race and combined it
with a shopping to see friends who live in Yorkshire.

Race Report: Flying Fox 10m 03/11/2013

Flying Fox is a 10 mile race which is undulating to say the least! For
the past few years it has always been a wet and cold miserable day.

We currently have a 15 members of Sandbach Striders on the start list and are also expecting a full contingent of other runners. Some familiar faces, some new, hopefully by the end of the day new running friends.
